Being a working artist is a wonderful and lucky opportunity.

 

It comes after many fruitless late night sessions of self-argumentation, 1000's of hours of work that no one asked you to do, and a resulting piece of something that 96% (real math) of people pass right on by on their way to the next thing that calls to them.

 

But overall... it's fantastic. Seriously fantastic.

Be it film, poetry, screenplays, or music... I'm so lucky to be able to offer any of it all. Whether it's time I've been afforded by circumstance, or had to work extremely hard to find. I have found it and spun it into something. And of that I am proud.
